It may be related to biliary tract infection, cholestasis, etc. When stones move in the biliary tract, they can scratch the biliary tract mucosa. Excessive repair of damaged tissues may also cause biliary stricture. When bile duct stones are complicated with biliary stricture, cholangiojejunostomy can be used for treatment. Hepatectomy may be performed if the stones in the bile duct are difficult to remove and the stricture of the bile duct is difficult to correct.
