Why do you have diarrhea when you wake up in the morning?

Building a healthier future together.
Diarrhea generally refers to diarrhea. Diarrhea in the morning is mostly caused by abdominal cold, irritable bowel syndrome, acute gastroenteritis and other factors.
1. Abdominal cold When
sleeping, clothes are lifted, stomach leakage is outside, or quilt is not covered well, resulting in abdominal cold, etc. In the morning, diarrhea can be manifested because of accelerated intestinal motility.
2. Irritable bowel syndrome
If you feel anxious and nervous in the morning, bad mood may cause irritable bowel syndrome. Abnormal intestinal bioelectrical activity leads to increased intestinal motility, which will cause diarrhea.
3. Acute gastroenteritis
If you eat unclean the night before, pathogenic bacteria invade and infect the gastrointestinal tract, causing acute gastroenteritis, resulting in abnormal gastrointestinal function. Intestinal motility becomes faster. After the ability to absorb liquid decreases, it will also be manifested as diarrhea after getting up in the morning.
