My stomach hurts and I fart. What's going on?

Stomach pain is also a persistent fart may be caused by gastritis, reflux esophagitis, peptic ulcer and other reasons, as follows:
1, gastritis
gastric mucosa congestion, edema, exudation, erosion and even bleeding and other inflammatory reactions, gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by indigestion, resulting in stomach pain, fart more cases.
2. Reflux esophagitis
Abnormal lower esophageal sphincter can lead to decreased anti-reflux function, delayed emptying of gastric contents, reflux of gastric contents to esophagus, damage of gastric acid to esophageal mucosa, thus causing symptoms of heartburn in stomach of patients. Gastric acid secretion, drug use and other reasons lead to ulcer of gastric mucosa and duodenal mucosa, which can cause epigastric pain, which can be manifested as dull pain, swelling pain and burning pain of stomach. Peptic ulcer causes the normal physiological function of gastrointestinal tract to weaken, produces food digestion and absorption disorder, food stays in gastrointestinal tract for too long to produce more gas, thus appearing farting more.
