Severe acute pancreatitis is a type of acute pancreatitis. The main causes include biliary tract disease, pancreatic duct obstruction, surgery and trauma.
1. Biliary tract diseases such
as cholelithiasis, biliary tract infection, etc. once the stones are embedded in the ampulla, inflammation or gallstones migrate to damage the Oddis sphincter, it can promote poor drainage of the pancreatic duct, and eventually cause severe acute pancreatitis.
2. Pancreatic duct obstruction such

3. Surgery and trauma
