Acute gastric dilatation can be diagnosed by medical history, symptoms and signs, auxiliary examinations, etc.
1. Medical history If the patient

2. Symptoms and signs
If the patient has symptoms such as upper abdominal fullness, pain, repeated vomiting, and physical examination shows that the stomach has vibrating water sounds, it can be initially diagnosed as acute gastric dilatation.
3. Auxiliary examinations
If the patient does abdominal X-ray examination, the stomach shadow increases, the upper abdomen has a huge liquid gas level, or a large amount of liquid is sucked out by gastric tube, the combination of the above two items can be diagnosed as acute gastric dilatation.
