What causes intestinal spasm?

Your well-being is my top priority.
Intestinal cramps generally refers to intestinal spasm, which may be related to dietary factors, environmental factors and disease factors.
1. Dietary factors
Eating too much, overeating, eating a lot of cold food, or ingesting food containing more sugar, can increase the burden on the gastrointestinal tract, leading to dysfunction of the nervous system governing intestinal movement, and then cause intestinal spasms.
2. Environmental factors
If you do not pay attention to warmth, it will lead to abdominal cold, and it is easy to stimulate nerves, and then cause transient spasm of intestinal wall muscles.
3. Disease factors
When there are Meckel's diverticulum, intestinal rotation, intussusception and other intestinal organic diseases, due to the pathological stimulation of intestinal nerves or intestinal wall ischemia, and then lead to intestinal spasms.
