How is gastric antrum phlogistic caused

Antral gastritis is mainly caused by stress, Helicobacter pylori infection, duodeno-gastric reflux and other reasons.

1. Severe

trauma, extensive burns, major surgery, shock and other reasons cause acute gastric mucosa ischemia, hypoxia, and continuous ischemia of gastric antrum mucosa, which will lead to antral gastritis.

2. Helicobacter pylori infection after infection of

gastrointestinal tract mass reproduction, destruction of gastric mucosa, which will lead to acute or chronic inflammatory reaction of gastric antrum.

3. Duodeno-gastric reflux

gastrointestinal motility abnormal, distal digestive tract obstruction and other reasons lead to duodenal fluid reflux to gastric antrum, duodenal fluid repeatedly stimulate gastric antrum mucosa, and then cause antral gastritis.
