How to treat recurrent stomach pain

Your health, my commitment.
Repeated stomach pain is considered to be caused by chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastric cancer and other diseases, and needs to be treated according to the cause.
1. Chronic gastritis
needs to be treated with antacid drugs and gastric mucosa protective agents to reduce the stimulation of gastric acid on gastric mucosa. Commonly used drugs are cimetidine, ranitidine, famotidine, magnesium aluminum carbonate, sucralfate, potassium citrate, etc. Anisodamine, atropine, belladonna tablets and other drugs can be used when stomach pain is obvious.
2. Gastric
ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori infection requires anti-HP treatment. Quadruple therapy is commonly used, i.e. 1 proton pump inhibitor +2 antibiotics +1 bismuth agent. Repeated stomach pain symptoms can be relieved after the primary disease is relieved.
3.
Patients with gastric cancer are mainly treated by surgery in the early stage, which can be divided into radical surgery and non-radical surgery. If the operation opportunity is missed or the body cannot tolerate surgery, the disease progression can be delayed by comprehensive treatment such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc. Morphine and oxycodone hydrochloride can be used to relieve obvious stomachache.
