The difference between heart pain and stomach pain

The difference between heart pain and stomach pain includes different causes, different pain sites and different clinical symptoms.

1. Different causes of

heart pain are mostly caused by insufficient oxygen in the air or angina pectoris, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, respiratory failure, acute myocardial infarction and other diseases; stomach pain is more considered to be related to spicy diet, dyspepsia, gastric ulcer, gastric cancer and other factors.

2. Different pain sites Heart

pain occurs in the precordial area, and can radiate to the left shoulder, left upper limb and other parts; stomach pain occurs in the upper abdomen.

3. Different clinical symptoms

Heart pain can be accompanied by palpitations, shortness of breath, chest tightness and other manifestations; stomach pain may be accompanied by loss of appetite, hiccups, diarrhea and other manifestations.
