How does duodenal ulcer form?

Duodenal gastric ulcer is mainly caused by Helicobacter pylori infection, taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, gastric acid and pepsin self-digestion and other reasons.

1, Helicobacter pylori infection

is the main cause of duodenal gastric ulcer, mainly due to Helicobacter pylori invasion of the gastric and duodenal mucosa wall, resulting in congestion, edema, damage caused.

2, taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs

will produce greater stimulation of gastric mucosa and duodenal mucosa, long-term use may lead to local mucosal damage, resulting in duodenal gastric ulcer.

3, gastric acid and pepsin

self-digestion is also one of the more common causes of duodenal gastric ulcer, mainly due to excessive secretion of gastric acid on the local mucosa caused by stimulation.
