Belching after meals may be related to gastritis, reflux esophagitis, gastric ulcer, gastroptosis and other factors.
1. Gastritis
is related to Helicobacter pylori infection, autoimmune abnormalities, long-term alcohol, trauma and stress reactions, manifested as upper abdominal discomfort, satiety after meals, belching, acid reflux, etc.
2. Reflux esophagitis is related to
decreased esophageal clearance ability, esophageal paresthesia, weakened esophageal mucosal defense barrier, decreased anti-reflux function, delayed gastric emptying, high gastric acid secretion state, diabetes mellitus, ascites, etc., and heartburn, belching, acid reflux and other symptoms often occur after meals.
3. Gastric ulcers
are mainly related to Helicobacter pylori infection and drugs, etc., manifested as a burning sensation in the stomach accompanied by satiety after meals, belching, bloating, etc.
4. Gastroptosis is related to
