1. General treatment of

2. Drug treatment
If the patient is in an acute active bleeding period, somatostatin, terlipressin, octreotide and other drugs to reduce portal vein pressure should be used in combination with thrombin, tranexamic acid, aminomethylbenzoic acid and other hemostatic drugs.
3. Surgical treatment
