The differential diagnosis of non-atrophic gastritis includes chronic atrophic gastritis, functional dyspepsia, peptic ulcer, etc.
1. Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis
need to undergo differential diagnosis such as endoscopic examination and pathological examination. Chronic atrophic gastritis can clearly see the atrophy of gastric mucosa under endoscopy.
2. Functional dyspepsia
Functional dyspepsia often has no abnormal manifestations when biochemical examination and endoscopic examination are performed. Non-atrophic gastritis can be positive for Helicobacter pylori or mucosal erythema and bleeding can be seen under gastroscope.
3. Peptic ulcer
Non-atrophic gastritis and peptic ulcer are mainly diagnosed through endoscopic examination. Peptic ulcer can be seen with ulcer.
