Clinical manifestations of duodenitis

Healing with compassion, caring with purpose.
Duodenitis is characterized by epigastric pain, dyspepsia, melena, etc.
1. epigastric pain
When suffering from duodenitis, the patient will experience pain in the upper abdomen or under the xiphoid process, and the pain attacks are rhythmic and repetitive, mostly occurring at night. Fasting symptoms are obvious and can be relieved after eating.
2. dyspepsia
If suffering from duodenitis, it will also reduce gastrointestinal digestion and absorption function, leading to accumulation and fermentation of a large amount of food in the gastrointestinal tract, such as fullness, acid reflux, belching, etc.
3. melena
If the patient is seriously ill, leading to duodenal mucosal bleeding, blood will be excreted with excreta, thus forming melena.
