Gastroscopic staging of duodenal ulcer

Duodenal ulcer can be divided into acute stage, healing stage and scar stage according to gastroscopy results.

1, acute stage

duodenal ulcer acute stage can be divided into a1, a2. a1 stage ulcer surface covered with thick white fur, surrounded by obvious edema symptoms. a2 stage ulcer surface covered with thin white fur, surrounded by obvious congestion, edema symptoms.

2, healing stage

can be divided into h1 and h2. h1 stage ulcer has not completely disappeared, ulcer surface white fur disappeared or thinned, surrounding tissue congestion edema symptoms reduced or disappeared. h2 stage ulcer disappeared, local regeneration epithelium and mild mucosa concentration.

3, scar stage

duodenal ulcer scar stage can be divided into s1 and s2, s1 stage ulcer has healed, local red scar formation. s2 stage ulcer has formed white scar, mucosa concentration is more obvious.
