Diagnostic criteria for gastroparesis syndrome

Your health, my mission. Your recovery, my joy.
The diagnosis criteria of gastroparesis syndrome include clinical manifestations, endoscopic examination, gastric emptying examination results, etc.
1. Clinical manifestations
If the patient has nausea, vomiting, early satiety, postprandial satiety, abdominal pain and other symptoms after eating, it is considered to be related to gastroparesis syndrome.
2. Endoscopic examination
If the patient has no obvious abnormalities after gastroscopy, it should also be highly suspected to be related to gastroparesis syndrome.
3. Gastric emptying examination
The patient eats a standard meal marked by radioactivity, and records gastric emptying using radionuclide scintillation scanning technology. If the gastric emptying time is prolonged, it is suggested to be related to gastroparesis syndrome.
