Stomach pain and back pain. What's going on?

Stomachache and back pain may be caused by duodenal ulcer, gallstones and stomach cancer.

Duodenal ulcer is mainly caused by gastric acid and pepsin, Helicobacter pylori and drugs. Patients are prone to upper abdominal pain. Pain stimulates the retroperitoneal nerve and causes back pain. Therefore, stomachache and back pain may be caused by duodenal ulcer.

2. Gallstones

are related to diet, spirit and low resistance. Patients are prone to abdominal pain. Since the visceral nerves of the gallbladder and the somatic nerves of the back enter the same spinal cord, it is easy to cause stomachache.

3. Gastric cancer

is related to genetic factors, such as stomach pain, nausea and vomiting. Cancer cells stimulate the gastric mucosa and cause radioactive pain, so patients will feel stomach pain and back pain.
