Symptoms of gastric MALT lymphoma

Gastric MALT lymphoma is

a tumorous disease that occurs in gastric mucosa associated lymphoid tissue. As the tumor volume increases, it can compress the surrounding blood vessels and nerves, causing upper abdominal pain.

2. Abdominal distension increases

with the tumor volume, and it also affects the normal function of the stomach, slowing down gastric motility, leading to prolonged food retention time, and then causing abdominal pain.

3. Acid reflux

With the tumor volume further increasing, it will also increase gastric pressure and destroy the protective barrier function of esophageal mucosa, causing acid reflux symptoms.
