1. General treatment of

esophageal stricture patients usually pay attention to eat less and eat more meals, and light and digestible food-based. Serious patients need to indwell nasogastric tube to reduce esophageal damage.

2. Drug therapy

patients can be treated with prednisone, triamcinolone acetonide, mitomycin and other drugs under the guidance of doctors to reduce local inflammatory reaction, promote the weakening of fibroblast activity, improve esophageal stricture.

3. Surgical treatment for

patients with severe disease and poor long-term conservative treatment needs to consider surgical treatment, through surgical resection of the lesion site.
