Duodenal stenosis may be caused by congenital causes, chronic inflammation, tumors, etc.
1. Congenital causes
are affected by genetic genes during embryonic development, resulting in abnormal development of duodenal bulb, resulting in congenital stricture.
2. Chronic inflammation
itself suffers from ulcerative duodenitis, Crohn's disease and other diseases, which can cause chronic stimulation to duodenal bulb, leading to scar formation and narrowing of duodenal bulb.
3.
Tumor occurs in duodenal bulb. After tumor enlargement, it may block duodenal passage and cause local stricture.
