How to judge enteritis or intestinal spasm

Healing with compassion, caring with purpose.
The method of judging enteritis and intestinal spasm includes observing symptoms, abdominal palpation, stool examination, etc.
1. Observing symptoms
If there are abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stools, fever and other symptoms, it is considered enteritis; if there is abdominal pain lasting 3-5 minutes, it can be relieved by itself, and the symptoms are repeated, it is considered intestinal spasm.
2. Abdominal palpation
If there is slight pressure pain in the abdomen, it may be enteritis; if there is obvious tenderness in the abdomen, it may be intestinal spasm.
3. Stool
examination finds more white blood cells and red blood cells, indicating enteritis; stool examination is normal, indicating intestinal spasm.
