What is a lot of blood?

A large amount of blood in stool may be caused by hemorrhoids, anal fissure, colon cancer and other diseases.

1. Hemorrhoids are

formed by the expansion of blood vessels at the lower end of the rectum or around the anus. When the patient defecates, the hemorrhoids are broken due to friction stimulation.

2. Anal

fissure refers to the full-layer tear of the anal canal skin, which will lead to severe pain and bleeding during defecation. It can be manifested as a large amount of blood in the stool.

3. colon cancer
