Why are all climacteric stomachs

Building bridges to better health.
Menopause stomach trouble may be related to changes in sex hormone levels, emotional stress, abdominal fat accumulation and other factors.
1. Changes in sex hormone levels
Menopause is the transition from childbearing to non-childbearing period, when ovarian function gradually declines, estrogen levels begin to decline. The decline in estrogen levels affects the blood supply to the gastric mucosa, leading to thinning of the gastric mucosa, thereby increasing sensitivity to gastric acid and causing stomach discomfort.
2. Emotional stress
Menopause women often face some physiological and psychological changes, such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, etc., which may make women feel anxious, depressed, and thus affect the normal function of the gastrointestinal tract.
3. Abdominal fat accumulation
With age, abdominal fat accumulation phenomenon may gradually increase, not only will lead to metabolic syndrome, diabetes and other health problems, but also may produce pressure on the gastrointestinal tract, affecting digestive function.
