What is the main cause of acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis?

Passionate about making a difference.
Acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis is generally related to drug factors, alcohol factors, stress factors and other reasons.
1. Drug factors The
use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as ibuprofen, diclofenac, etc.) is one of the main causes of acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis. These drugs inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandin in the gastric mucosa, thus weakening the barrier function of the gastric mucosa, leading to mucosal erosion and bleeding.
2. Alcohol factors
High concentrations of alcohol can directly damage the gastric mucosa, causing edema, erosion and bleeding, thus forming acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis.
3. Stress factors
Severe trauma, surgery, multiple organ failure, sepsis, etc. can also lead to erosion, bleeding and even ulcers in the stomach body and stomach bottom mucosa.
