Acute gastritis can be diagnosed by clinical manifestations, laboratory examination, endoscopy, etc.

1. Clinical manifestations

If the patient has nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, fever, loss of appetite, fatigue and other symptoms, it can be highly suspected of acute gastritis.

2. Laboratory examination
