Can AIDS be transmitted to children?

AIDS is mainly transmitted through sexual contact, mother-to-child transmission, blood contact with HIV and other ways caused by infection. Under normal circumstances is not transmitted to children, but if AIDS pregnant delivery, children may be infected with HIV.
