Is hepatitis B vaccine still contagious?

Under normal circumstances, after the child is injected with hepatitis B vaccine, it can prevent the child from contracting hepatitis B virus to a large extent. However, due to the physical differences of each child, a small number of children may be infected with hepatitis B virus after being injected with hepatitis B vaccine.
