What is the reason for the nose roar?

In traditional Chinese medicine, the nose is opened from the lung to the nose. If there are sores in the nostrils, accompanied by nasal irritation, coarse breathing, cough, asthma, fever and other symptoms, it is considered to be caused by lung heat blocking the lungs. If there are sores in the nostrils, the sores are red, the pain is obvious, accompanied by bitter mouth, yellow and red urine, constipation, restlessness and insomnia, irritability is caused by excessive heart-fire. If the sore in the nostril is accompanied by excessive food and hunger, excessive sweating and fever, constipation, abdominal distension and abdominal pain, it is caused by excessive stomach fire.
