How to feed your baby?

Patients with sunken nipples are unable to feed their children because the attraction of newborn children is not so strong. If they still want to breastfeed, they will suck the milk out with a breast pump first and then feed them through a bottle. After lactation, patients with inverted nipples need surgery. Conventional inverted nipple correction is usually performed under local anesthesia. Three to four radial incisions are made in the areola to loosen the cellulose that caused the inverted nipple. If necessary, some or most of the shortened mammary ducts are cut off. At the same time, some tissue is transplanted to fill the empty nipple, and a narrow ring is created at the neck of the nipple to prevent the tissue filling the empty nipple from leaking out.
