Empowering you to live healthier.
Lop is the left occipital posterior position. During labor, if the left occipital posterior position continues, it may cause dystocia. It is necessary to turn the fetal head to Loa(left occipital anterior position) to facilitate normal labor. It is recommended that you take the right lateral position at rest, which is conducive to counterclockwise rotation of the fetal head. If there is no abnormal bone birth canal, it can be turned to the left occipital anterior position. If during labor, the midwife can assist the fetal head to rotate to the left front during uterine contractions. It is recommended that you relax during pregnancy, reduce mental stress, and exercise properly while resting in bed, such as walking, yoga, etc., all of which help the fetal head to turn to the left occipital anterior position.
