What's with diarrhea and high fever?

Diarrhea and high fever may be caused by eating unclean food or spoiled food, a large number of pathogenic microorganisms causing acute gastroenteritis, or because the patient's resistance is reduced, through the faecal-oral route or direct contact with infected enteroviruses.
