Is four-dimensional ultrasound the same as color ultrasound?

Guiding you with care, every step of the way.
Four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound is different from ordinary color Doppler ultrasound. Ordinary color Doppler ultrasound belongs to two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound, and the observation image of fetus belongs to planar image. Four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound is based on three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound stereoscopic image, plus dynamic variables, belonging to real-time dynamic color Doppler ultrasound. 4-D color Doppler ultrasound is used in 22-28 weeks of pregnancy to check the fetal deformation. In the process of fetal movement, systematic and dynamic observation of various organs of the fetus, especially whether the heart development is abnormal, has a good role in abnormal examination. In other stages of pregnancy, ordinary color Doppler ultrasound can be used.
