If HPV16 or 18 is positive, cervical biopsy should be performed under colposcopy to confirm the diagnosis, except for cervical precancerous lesions or even cervical cancer, because HPV 16 or 18 is the most tumorigenic. If vaginal biopsy is normal or negative, it is generally necessary to follow up for a long time, during which anti-HPV treatment can be carried out, or after exercise to enhance immunity, HPV should be eliminated as much as possible. If biopsy examination indicates cervical precancerous lesions, even cervical cancer, corresponding specific treatment should be given. If TCT is normal, HPV high-risk is not HPV16, HPV18 positive, but other subtypes positive, at this stage, follow-up observation is recommended.
