The child has fever, vomiting, stomachache.

The child has abdominal pain, vomiting and fever, which are considered to be caused by acute gastroenteritis. Acute gastroenteritis is mostly caused by unclean diet, bacterial infection or physical stimulation. It is suggested to treat the symptoms at present, temporarily fast, supplement water and electrolyte to the child's oral rehydration salt to prevent dehydration, take the child to see a doctor for intramuscular injection of metoclopramide to stop vomiting, and take anisodamine to relieve spasticity and pain.
