Rhabdomyosarcoma is a highly malignant tumor. It occurs most commonly in children, 20% in the pelvic and reproductive tract, often presenting as pudendal swelling or progressive enlargement of the mass, local pain, some polypoid or cauliflower appearance, the initial mass is small, located under the skin, may be asymptomatic. Rhabdomyosarcoma of the vulva is a tumor of primitive mesenchymal origin with a marked tendency to myogenic differentiation, involving the urethra and bladder, and presenting with symptoms of the urinary system.
