Blood tests are normal. Is there any possibility of pneumonia?

Blood tests show that everything is normal and pneumonia is still possible. Blood tests are one way to diagnose pneumonia, but they are not the only way. Sometimes patients develop pneumonia after blood sampling, and the previous tests are useless for diagnosis.
