What causes rheumatoid arthritis pain?

Rheumatoid joint pain is mainly caused by inflammation. The basic pathological changes of the disease are inflammation of synovium, abnormal proliferation of synovium, resulting in gradual erosion of tissues in joints, causing joint destruction and showing pain, which will eventually cause joint deformity and loss of function. Rheumatoid arthritis itself is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease and an autoimmune disease. Rheumatoid arthritis patients in the active phase of the disease, often accompanied by swelling, tenderness and stiffness of the affected joints. Late stage will gradually show deformities, severe patients may be fibrous or bony ankylosis, joint movement will gradually be limited until complete loss of function, life can not take care of themselves.
