Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a disease characterized by a wolf bite scar and rash on the face, hence the name lupus. However, this disease is not only characterized by a facial rash, but also by multiple organ damage, hence the name SLE. In short, lupus has a very typical skin and mucosal manifestation, namely a butterfly-like distribution of erythema on the face and under the eyelids. Some patients may show obvious papules and maculopapules. In addition to facial erythema, there will be marked hair loss, dry and thin hair. In addition, there will be repeated oral ulcers, multiple ulcers in the mouth are also very important skin and mucosal changes in systemic lupus erythematosus.
