Can intrauterine adhesions be seen through B-scan?

Your health, my unwavering commitment.
Uterine adhesions can be seen by B-ultrasound, but they cannot be completely diagnosed.
B-ultrasound is a common examination method that can detect the size, shape, boundaries, etc. of substantive organs. In the case of uterine adhesions, because the endometrium and other tissues adhere together, it may lead to changes in the morphological structure of the uterus, such as uterine stenosis, uterine deformation, or bicornuate uterus. These changes can generally be observed by B-ultrasound. However, B-ultrasound examination has certain limitations and cannot be used as the basis for the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions. It should be judged comprehensively in combination with clinical symptoms, medical history and other examination results.
