Hepatitis can be detected by blood routine examination, liver biochemistry, B-mode ultrasound and other ways.
1. Blood routine examination
If it is viral hepatitis, blood routine examination shows a relative increase in lymphocytes; if it is in acute stage, white blood cells usually increase, while white blood cells in jaundice will decrease; in addition, in blood routine indicators of severe hepatitis, white blood cells may be high, hemoglobin low, red blood cells low.
2. Liver biochemical examination
If liver function is impaired, liver enzyme levels will increase, such as alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, etc., due to different causes.
3. B-mode ultrasound examination of
liver B-mode ultrasound examination can see liver swelling, fat infiltration and other manifestations.
