Hepatitis can be detected by blood routine examination, imaging examination, pathogen examination and other methods.
1. Blood routine examination
If it is viral hepatitis patients can see relatively increased lymphocytes; acute phase can see elevated white blood cells; jaundice can see low white blood cells; severe hepatitis can see high white blood cells, low hemoglobin, low red blood cells.
2. Imaging examination
Hepatitis patients can see liver swelling, fatty infiltration, severe liver fibrosis, cirrhosis and other manifestations, liver failure can see liver atrophy.
3. Pathogen examination
Patients can carry out nucleic acid detection for hepatitis virus, such as hepatitis B virus DNA, hepatitis C virus DNA, etc.
