Can drug hepatitis be treated?

Your health, my unwavering commitment.
Drug-induced hepatitis generally refers to drug-induced liver injury. The disease can be treated by general treatment, drug treatment and other treatments.
1. General treatment
For patients with mild disease, if the symptoms of liver damage are significantly improved after timely discontinuation of drugs with liver damage, special treatment is usually not required, but liver function should be reviewed regularly to ensure a healthy diet and lifestyle.
2. Drug treatment
After discontinuation of related drugs, if the symptoms of liver damage are not improved, liver protection treatment should be carried out according to the doctor's advice to promote liver repair. Commonly used liver protection drugs include diammonium glycyrrhizinate, polyene phosphatidylcholine and reduced glutathione.
3. Other treatments
For some severe patients, hemodialysis, hemofiltration and plasma exchange can also be used to reduce the drug concentration in the body and reduce liver damage.
