Liver ascites can be diagnosed by physical examination, imaging examination, ascites puncture and other ways.
1. Physical examination
If the patient has abdominal distension, percussion is mobile dullness and accompanied by typical signs of liver disease such as spider nevus, liver palm, etc., it can be preliminarily judged as liver ascites.
2. Imaging examination
If the patient's ultrasound examination shows that the liver surface is uneven, and there is liquid dark area in the abdomen, it can be further diagnosed as liver ascites.
3. Ascites
puncture can be performed on patients with ascites puncture to determine whether ascites is accompanied by infection, blood and other conditions. After the above conditions are excluded, liver ascites can be diagnosed.
