Why does the uterus adhere?

Damage to the uterine basement membrane, the endometrium does not grow normally, so the double basement membrane will grow together, it will show adhesions. If the uterine basement membrane is damaged during abortion or curettage, it will also show adhesions. If endometriosis, showing inflammatory adhesions, will also show intrauterine adhesions, if showing intrauterine adhesions, need to be separated under hysteroscopy surgery, surgery after oral estrogen treatment, promote endometrial growth.
