Does your temperature rise before your aunt comes?

Empowering you to live your best life.
Normal menstruation occurs when the luteal phase is terminated, estrogen and progesterone levels are withdrawn, and the functional endometrium shrinks and necroses, causing shedding and bleeding. The cycle, duration, and blood volume of normal menstruation appear to be significantly regular and self-limiting. During menstruation, mature follicles will ovulate and form corpus luteum, which will secrete progesterone. Progestin can excite the hypothalamic thermoregulatory center, so that the basal body temperature will rise 0.3~0.5 degrees after ovulation and last until the next menstrual period. Therefore, the temperature will rise before the aunt comes, and the temperature will drop after the aunt comes. The above health science knowledge is for reference only.
