HPV56 is detected in exfoliated cells of the cervix. HPV16 and HPV18 are closely related to cervical cancer. Colposcopic cervical biopsy should be performed regardless of TCT results. For HPV56 positive, TCT results should be combined to see whether colposcopic cervical biopsy should be performed. If the female tension is relatively high at this time, cervical biopsy can also be performed directly under colposcopy.
