Both hyperopia and myopia are refractive errors, but there is a big difference between them. Vision is when the eye is in a state of no accommodation, parallel light rays are bent through the refractive system of the eye, and the light is focused in front of the eyeball. Hyperopia is when the image falls behind the retina. Myopia is just opposite to hyperopia.
