How do you know if you have insufficient blood?

Generally, it can be judged whether there is insufficient qi and blood according to the patient's skin performance, eye condition, pulse condition, etc.

1. The

skin of people with normal skin performance has good elasticity and luster. If the skin is rough and lustrous, and yellow, dark, blue and long spots, it can be preliminarily diagnosed as insufficient qi and blood.

2. When the eye condition is

suspected to be insufficient qi and blood, it can also be observed. If the eye color is turbid, yellow and bloodshot, it also indicates insufficient qi and blood.

If the pulse is weak, and the pulse beats slowly and irregularly, combined with clinical symptoms, it can be diagnosed as insufficient qi and blood.
