Papilloma of the vulva is mostly caused by low-risk HPV infection, also known as condyloma acuminatum. This papilloma is cauliflower shaped and grows around the vaginal opening and perineum and anus. Individual distribution may also fuse into pieces. The surface is not smooth, there are burrs, gray or pink. It feels harder than the surrounding skin. This papilloma is normally transmitted through sexual life. The possibility of unclean sex or multiple sexual partners is greater.
