What is the cause of menopause bleeding?

Passionate about making a difference.
Menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is irregular vaginal bleeding in perimenopausal women. This is mostly a typical manifestation of the patient's lack of ovulation. The patient is suffering from abnormal secretion of estrogen and progesterone during menopause and perimenopause due to endocrine disorders, which causes abnormal endometrial reactions, resulting in abnormal uterine bleeding. Menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is mostly anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding is mainly due to a single estrogen acting on the endometrium, and there is no progesterone to antagonize it, so the repair and shedding of the uterus is not coordinated enough, resulting in intermittent uterine bleeding.
